delivery

we ship worldwide. in denmark and many european countries, orders are delivered to the nearest pick-up point based on your address.

shipping charges:

• denmark: €6
• europe: €10–30 (depending on destination)
• rest of world: €40

if your items are in stock, your order typically ships within 1–2 days. most international shipments are handled by ups or fedex; danish orders by postnord.

you will receive an email with tracking details and estimated delivery once your order has been dispatched.

customs & vat

for deliveries outside the eu, local customs duties and vat may apply. these are the responsibility of the recipient.

returns

you may return items within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@anneblack.dk.

you may carefully examine the items as you would in a physical store. if they are used beyond this, you may be liable for reduced value. return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

damaged or faulty items

if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@anneblack.dk with your order number and photos. you have 24 months to report a defect. if your claim is valid, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement, discount, or refund.

refunds

if your return is accepted and the item can be resold as new, we refund the purchase price including original shipping within 14 days. please note that we cannot offer a full refund if:

• products have been used for their intended purpose.
• items were damaged while in your custody.
• items were handled beyond store-like examination.
• custom-made items.
