delivery & returns
delivery
we ship worldwide. in denmark and many european countries, orders are delivered to the nearest pick-up point based on your address.
shipping charges:
- denmark: €6 – free from €80
- eu: €8 – free from €150
- rest of europe, cyprus & malta: €22–30 (depending on destination)
- rest of world: €30–40
if your items are in stock, your order typically ships within 1–2 days. most international shipments are handled by ups or fedex; danish orders by postnord.
you will receive an email with tracking details and estimated delivery once your order has been dispatched.
customs & vat
for deliveries outside the eu, local customs duties and vat may apply. these are the responsibility of the recipient.
right of withdrawal
you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you have designated, receive the goods. if your order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.
to withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision before the period expires, for example by email to info@anneblack.dk or by letter to the address below. you may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
returning the goods
send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have told us that you are withdrawing. you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

refund
we refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. we use the same means of payment as you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund. we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery, we do not refund the extra cost.
you may handle the goods as you would in a shop, to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond that.
exception
the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

if an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@anneblack.dk with your order number and photos. you have a legal right to complain about defects for at least 2 years from delivery, or longer if the law of your country provides for it. if your complaint is justified, we cover the return shipping and offer repair, replacement or a refund.
