ordering & payment
when placing an order, we collect personal and financial information necessary for billing and order fulfillment. telephone numbers are required for shipping purposes.
all prices include vat at the rate of the eu country of delivery. accepted payment methods:
- dankort, visa, mastercard, visa electron, american express, jcb, maestro, mobilepay, paypal, apple pay, google pay
payment is processed securely via epay (nets). we do not charge card fees. for deliveries outside the eu, no vat is charged; local vat and customs duties may apply on delivery.
delivery & returns
we ship worldwide. shipping charges vary by destination and order amount. orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal – see our delivery & returns page for details and the model withdrawal form.
disputes
if you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@anneblack.dk – we will do our best to find a solution. if we cannot agree, you can file a complaint with the danish consumer complaints board (nævnenes hus) via forbrug.dk. if you live in another eu country, the european consumer centre in your country can help you free of charge: eccnet.eu.
