All porcelain except jewelry and hooks & handles, are dishwasher safe. For washing porcelain where leather, cotton or other strings are attached please remove strings before putting the items in the dishwasher. 

NOT OVEN SAFE

None of the products are oven safe.

MICROWAVE OVEN SAFE

Tableware is micro oven safe.

All products from Anne Black are handmade. Items are handthrown, cast or modeled by hand in porcelain and processed by hand using traditional craftsmanship methods. The porcelain is fired up to 1260 degrees.

Please be aware that colors, shapes, and sizes may vary slightly. These variations are not defects but a natural part of the handmade expression and the chosen production method. 

Our jewelry is made of sterling silver 925, gold-plated silver (24K gold plating).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unglazed surfaces are more susceptible to stains and discoloration than traditional glazed porcelain. The surface can be protected by treating the items with oil. Use regular cooking oil or other food-approved oil. Items remain in the best condition with frequent machine washing. Stains can usually be removed with machine washing or by soaking the item in warm water with a dishwashing tablet.
